Fiat palio 1600 Wipers, aircon, electric windows, cigarette lighter, dimmed lights stopped working at the same time and the airbag light lit up. All the fuses are ok. Any ideas what could cause this.

The air flow through the air vents is not very powerful even when selecting full speed and face vents only. 1. The wipers ceased working whilst switched off; they were working, I switched them off and then they wouldn't switch back on again. No loud noises etc 2. The wiper spray is also not working. Other functions such as the reversing lights and heater fan are working. 3. The fuse (number 3 in my wagon) seems to be okay. Just in case it is a X250 Ducato then the stalk inputs into the body computer which provides a negative to switch a relay to operate the motor. N020 is the motor which gets a positive supply via relay T17, when it is switched and fuse 09 which are in in the engine fuse box. The relay is switched by a negative signal sent from the body computer
